We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager who can drive results through high-performance paid advertising strategies on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads.
Key Responsibilities
? Multi-Platform Advertising & Performance Marketing
Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Noon for B2B lead generation.
Analyze daily performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates) and make data-driven adjustments to optimize spend.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, targeting strategies, and audience segmentation.
? B2B Cosmetics Marketing Strategy
Craft compelling offers and ad creatives that resonate with B2B clients such as retailers, spas, and beauty distributors.
Develop campaign strategies tailored for the cosmetic and fragrance industry, ensuring alignment with product compliance regulations.
Optimize Amazon and Noon ad placements to increase product discoverability and conversion.
? Performance Analysis & Optimization
Analyze daily campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvements.
Use advanced tracking tools to monitor ad performance and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
? Creative Development & Messaging
Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and video ads.
Write engaging, high-performing ad copy optimized for B2B conversions.
Implement retargeting and funnel optimization strategies for lead nurturing.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B marketing campaign management (experience in cosmetics industry preferred).
Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (written & spoken).
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, and Noon Ads.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and campaign tracking tools.
Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and ad bidding strategies.
Familiarity with B2B sales funnels, lead nurturing, and remarketing strategies.
