Responsibilities:
Brand Visual Design:
• Build and optimize the company's brand visual system, ensuring consistency and professionalism in brand representation.
• Design and produce brand-related visual materials, including branded merchandise, promotional posters, and brand manuals.
Marketing Activity Design:
• Provide creative design support for marketing activities, including online advertisements, posters, and social media content.
• Contribute to the visual promotion of large-scale brand events (e.g., Token 2049) to enhance event attractiveness.
Content Creation Support:
• Support the content team with design needs, such as data visualization, infographics, and other visual presentations.
• Develop compelling creative design solutions based on marketing campaign requirements.
Integrated Online and Offline Design:
• Design offline event materials such as booth layouts, banners, brochures, etc., ensuring alignment with online brand visuals.
• Contribute to the integrated design of online and offline marketing activities to deliver a cohesive brand experience.
Design Trends and Innovation:
• Stay updated on industry and design trends, proposing innovative visual solutions.
• Continuously optimize design processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Professional Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or above in design or a related field, with 2+ years of experience in brand design or a related role.
• Proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; video editing skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of brand design, capable of independently executing projects from concept to completion.
Creative Thinking:
• Excellent creativity and visual communication skills, able to translate complex information into clear and engaging visuals.
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency, finance, or trading industries, with the ability to incorporate industry-specific elements into designs.
• Communication and Execution:
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to respond quickly and support marketing needs.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
• Familiarity with international brand styles and experience in global design projects is preferred.
• Interest in industry events and brand marketing, with the ability to optimize designs based on user insights.
