We are expanding and looking for a skilled Marketing Automation and Website Backend Specialist to manage our digital presence and drive customer engagement. Role Overview

In this role, you'll lead the integration and management of our marketing automation systems, oversee the backend of our website, and leverage chat automation platforms to enhance customer communication. You'll also work with our CRM and scheduling systems to ensure seamless user experiences across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Automation & Communication :
• Build and optimise marketing automation workflows using HubSpot , Mailchimp , and ManyChat .
• Manage multi-channel communication platforms, including WhatsApp Business , to engage with customers through automated, personalised messaging.
• Design email campaigns, drip sequences, and customer journeys that boost engagement and retention.
• Use tools like Superchat to manage customer conversations and support, optimising responses for improved satisfaction.
• Create and run chatbot flows through ManyChat for automated customer interactions and lead generation.
• Website Backend Management :
• Oversee backend functionality of our website on Shopify and Kajabi , ensuring smooth performance and security.
• Collaborate with developers to implement custom features, optimize loading speeds, and integrate plugins.
• Manage data flow between platforms such as Acuity Scheduling , Treatwell , and our CRM to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Ensure website is optimised for SEO and conversion rate, improving both the user experience and lead generation.
• Data & Performance Tracking :
• Integrate and manage all tools (e.g., Google Analytics , HubSpot ) to track KPIs such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and website performance.
• Build dashboards and reports to provide insights on marketing campaigns, chatbot interactions, and overall digital performance.
• Optimise user flows based on performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with marketing automation platforms ( HubSpot , Mailchimp , ManyChat , etc.).
• Strong knowledge of website backend systems ( Shopify , Kajabi , etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, and chat tools like Acuity Scheduling , Treatwell , and WhatsApp Business .
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and improve backend performance.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with experience working in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Familiarity with SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience with coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for backend customisations.
• Prior experience integrating WhatsApp Business into multi-channel strategies.
