Job Description

Main responsibilities:

Support Vaccines Franchise Leads with regards to marketing operational activities to achieve internal ambition and best serve our customers.

The main responsibilities are articulated as follow: Support Franchise Leads in campaign brief preparation and manage creative side with agencies Responsible for agencies interface: schedule meetings, ensure follow up on deliverables and deadlines, review deliverables based on brief and report to Franchise Leads Build and maintain strong relations with external (agencies) and internal stakeholders (sales teams, medical and regulatory, BO&S teams, warehouse etc) Submit promotional material to internal system approvals, ensure review follow up with medical et regulatory teams, and external agencies for update Ensure distribution of the campaignS to sales teams (printing and or digital distribution) with agencies and internal stakeholders (warehouse) Keep track of all promotional material (status, codes, expiry date etc) in internal system and excel tracker Keep track of spending, submitting & managing purchase orders in internal system Drive events preparation (congress and round table) from event initiation to closing Assist Franchises Leads in diverse projects, across the Morocco & Tunisia, scope, as well as cross functions and region projects Campaign analysis: monitoring of performance and KPI's

Project management experience or skills would be a plus Ability to build brief, review agency deliverables and report to Franchise Leads Strong PowerPoint and Excel proficiency required Education: Graduate in Marketing or Business School
