We are looking for an

experienced Marketing Assistant

to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company through strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a versatile individual who are capable to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency, dedication, commitment and professionalism. Further, the candidate must also possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree (advantage)

Proven experience

in marketing within the

Healthcare and Construction Industry.

Strong understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and market dynamics. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in managing projects, including budget management and reporting. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication. Fluency in [relevant languages] is an asset.

Immediate joining required.

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge and experience in project management in the healthcare sector; Strong understanding of CME/CPD accreditation standards and healthcare regulations. Knowledge and understanding of healthcare management, healthcare establishment evaluation, marketing, and sales strategies.

Work Environment:

This position may require travel to project sites, sometimes in remote or challenging locations. The role may require working outside regular office hours, including evenings and weekends.
