Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing promotions, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires creativity, organization, and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Support content creation for social media, emails, blogs, and ads.

Manage website updates, ensuring brand consistency and SEO optimization.

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.

Handle social media scheduling, engagement, and reporting.

Assist in email marketing, audience segmentation, and automation.

Coordinate with the design team for visuals and promotional materials.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Help organize events, webinars, and trade shows.

Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-2 years of marketing experience or relevant internships.

Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.

Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mail-chimp, Hub Spot) is a plus.

Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing skills are a plus.

Understanding of branding and copywriting strategies.
