:As a Marketing Assistant at Electra and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you play an important role in implementing the marketing communications plan aligned with our business objectives.Requirements:Content Creation Support:
Assist with content creation for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
Support the production of various marketing collaterals (e.g., newsletters, blogs, advertising).
Marketing Campaign Support:
Collaborate with the team to implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Assist in the execution and monitoring of campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Help optimize campaigns based on performance analysis, suggesting content improvements.
Social Media Management:
Assist in managing social media platforms by posting and engaging with content.
Collaborate on creating innovative posts, analyzing engagement, and producing reports on social media performance.
Photography & Videography Management:
Coordinate and assist with photoshoots and videography for internal events, campaigns, and marketing materials.
On-Site Branding:
Provide on-site support for branding efforts during events, exhibitions, and corporate gatherings.
Support for Tenders & Presentations:
Aid in preparing marketing materials and presentations for tender submissions and business pitches.
Internal & CSR Communications, Internal Events:
Assist with internal communications and the organization of internal events.
Contribute to CSR communications and sustainability initiatives.
Employer Brand Management:
Help maintain and promote the employer brand through various communications channels (e.g., intranet, internal newsletters).
Intranet Content Management:
Support updates and management of the company\'s intranet with a focus on employer branding, internal communication needs, and marketing activities.
Sustainability and QHSE Communications:
Contribute to sustainability communications in line with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) policies and initiatives.
Database Management and Reporting:
Assist in creating, updating, and managing marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Provide support in compiling and analyzing data for marketing reports (e.g., campaign performance, customer insights, market trends).
Competitive Reports:
Assist in compiling competitive market analysis reports and gathering relevant data.
Support for Rental Business & E-Commerce Communications:
Provide communications support for the rental business and e-commerce marketing efforts (maintain Furniture Rental E-commerce and Catalogue updated).
Marketing Department Administration:
Assist with administrative tasks related to the Marketing Department (e.g., orders, invoices, payments).
KNOWLEGDE & EXPERIENCE:
1 to 2 years of experience in marketing/communications/administration
Degree in marketing, communications, and/or business and/or administration
English language, Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
Systems: MS office, design software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva), marketing software (CRM), Google Analytics, WordPress CMS. HubSpot is a plus.
TECHNICAL& FUNICTIONAL SKILLS:
Basic understanding of marketing and communications principles, including campaign execution and analytics.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including social media management, email marketing platforms, and database management.
Competence in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a plus.
Project management and organizational skills.
OTHER SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.
You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.
You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.
