UAE Experience 1-2 years mandatory.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of

customer psychology

and a proven ability to engage with and attract qualified clients through strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that align with

our brand's vision.

Run campaign on Facebook. Create, manage, and grow our social media presence across various platforms. Craft engaging content that speaks to our target audience and drives lead generation. Analyze customer behaviors and market trends to optimize campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are converted into sales. Monitor, report, and improve social media performance to meet company objectives.

Key Requirements:

Experience in the UAE

real estate market. Strong understanding of

customer psychology

and engagement strategies. Demonstrated

creativity

and ability to produce innovative marketing ideas. A positive and proactive mindset with a passion for marketing and social media. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
