We're looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us bring our brand to life!

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging graphics and multimedia content for various social media platforms.
Manage and execute content calendars to ensure consistent posting.
Develop innovative designs for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize engagement.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media tools.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and optimize content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
Manage and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
Analyze and report on website traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging, relevant, and brand-aligned content.
Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) by creating engaging posts and interactions.
Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and performance analysis.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends and industry best practices.
Manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness and adjusting for maximum ROI.
Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategies that drive conversions.
Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking spend across all platforms.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
