We are seeking a passionate and energetic Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

- Promote properties and real estate opportunities on social media platforms.

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, direct email, social media, and networking.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

- Provide expert advice and support to clients throughout the transaction process.

- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Own visa (preferred).

- Fluent in English (required).

- UAE driver's license and own car (preferred).

- RERA card is a plus.

- Freshers with strong sales skills can apply.
