Job Responsibilities: Digital Marketing
Generate and publish weekly content on LinkedIn and Social Media.
Generate and publish newsletters on the website.
Mailing campaigns.
SEO - Search Engine Optimization.
Update content and design of websites.
Endomarketing
Prepare company newsletter (content and graphic design) 2-4 a year.
Update and maintain brand spaces/showroom/reception.
Support internal needs from HR and other departments.
Commercial Support
Provide guidelines for content and graphic design of marketing materials.
Prepare content for presentation decks, brochures, and one-pagers.
Coordinate with suppliers (graphic design, artwork, developers, etc.).
Coordinate execution of projects with purchasing, logistics, and finance.
Prepare simple artwork and decks on Canva and PowerPoint.
Maintain a list of marketing materials available to the sales team and update time.
Exhibitions
Maintain a list of yearly exhibitions.
Coordinate with venue (contract, payments) and exhibitor portal.
Prepare stand (design and build up).
Arrange samples (production, logistics).
Arrange marketing materials.
Arrange merchandising.
Arrange materials for promotion/advertising.
Maintain a schedule of meetings.
Workshops
Organise educational technical workshops for customers along with industry players.
Brand Identity
Prepare and update the branding manual.
Ensure the company follows the branding manual (logos, colors, etc.).
Ensure all Commercial Document Formats/Templates are consistent following the branding manual.
Market Intelligence
Prepare and maintain tools for sharing market and competitor intel.
Prepare and maintain monitoring tools of industry news.
Public Relations
Coordinate advertising, press releases, and editorials.
Customer Experience
Coordinate design of brand spaces/showrooms/samples for customers.
Sales Support
Contact and qualify prospects supplied by the sales team.
Job Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in marketing and sales positions, preferred in B2B companies.
Experience with digital marketing and branding with exposure to the global environment.
Basic experience with graphic design (Canva, PowerPoint, etc.)
Academic background: Bachelor\'s and/or post-graduate studies in marketing or international business.
Languages: Proficient in English.
