Key Responsibility:
• Handling low to mid-level research request from board members with accuracy
• Executing qualitative and quantitative research initiative in alignment to the plan
• Conducting macro environmental research, project feasibility studies and developing operation execution strategy
• Conducting primary research via survey, focus group to accumulate and maintain database for analysis
• Executing industry specific research across several sectors and draft research reports and presentations as per requirements
• Experience in a market research agency or consultancy will be considered as an advantage.
Required Experience:
• 1-2 years' experience in market research, consumer research, macro-environmental research
• Understanding of quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
• Familiarity with secondary research and research databases is a strong plus
• Familiarity with primary research methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, interviews, observations
• Knowledge of research tools such as PEST, SWOT, MOST, FiveWhys will be a strong plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
