Who we areAl Marwan Group is a holding company established in 1978, Al Marwan Group has grown a strong diversified portfolio in Real Estate Development & Management, Hospitality, General Contracting and Heavy Machinery rental and sales of brand new and used equipment for the Construction, Mining, Oil and Gas industries.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and PR Manager with a strong background in the real estate sector to lead our marketing initiatives and public relations strategies.Scope of Work: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating impactful marketing campaigns and building a positive brand image in the competitive real estate market of the UAE.Job Duties:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and digital content.Plan and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events).Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive press coverage.Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials.Manage crisis communication and maintain a positive public image for the company.Oversee the companyxe2x80x99s online presence, including website content, social media accounts, and SEO strategies.Analyze digital marketing performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.Plan and execute events such as property launches, open houses, and networking events to promote the companyxe2x80x99s projects.Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.Conduct market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.Provide insights to the sales and development teams to refine offerings.Lead and mentor the marketing and PR team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize impact.Qualifications:Education:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).Experience:5-7 years of experience in marketing and PR, with at least 3 years in the real estate industry in the UAE.Other Requirements:Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment.Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media strategies, and SEO.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlineDiscover the exciting career opportunities available at Al Marwan Group.
