Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for strategic growth. This role focuses on driving lead generation, optimizing digital channels (SEO, SEM, etc.), and collaborating directly with partner furniture brands to ensure mutual success. You will be responsible for creating data-driven marketing strategies, planning targeted campaigns, and leveraging insights to grow our footprint in Dubai's competitive luxury market.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Business Growth
Identify new client segments and growth opportunities within the UAE luxury furniture sector.
Conduct competitive analyses and evaluate market trends to guide strategic business decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with partner brands; brainstorm co-branded marketing initiatives that align with both Da Terra's and the partner's objectives.
Digital Marketing & SEO
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve visibility and organic search rankings.
Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) and optimize for lead quality, cost per acquisition, and ROI.
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) to track performance, interpret data, and present actionable insights.
Brand Collaboration & Showroom Enhancement
Act as the liaison between the showroom and partner brands, ensuring brand guidelines are followed and campaign goals are met.
Collaborate on product launches, promotional events, and showroom presentations to enhance brand storytelling.
Monitor brand performance in the showroom, gather client feedback, and propose improvements to product displays or promotional activities.
Lead Generation & Funnel Management
Develop multi-channel lead funnels (email marketing, website, social media, offline events) to attract and nurture prospects.
Set up and monitor lead-tracking mechanisms in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with showroom sales targets and measure conversion success.
Content Coordination & Campaign Execution
Oversee content creation (working with in-house designers or freelancers) to ensure consistent brand messaging and luxurious presentation.
Design and launch integrated marketing campaigns (online and offline), focusing on targeted audiences (e.g., specific Dubai neighborhoods, designers, or real estate developers).
Review campaign effectiveness, propose enhancements, and adapt strategies based on performance metrics.
Analytical Reporting & Optimization
Compile regular reports highlighting key KPIs (organic traffic, lead volume, conversion rates, etc.).
Present findings and recommendations to management and partner brands, driving data-driven decisions.
Continuously optimize campaigns and showroom strategies based on performance insights and evolving market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Support
Coordinate with showroom managers, sales teams, and operations staff to synchronize branding, promotions, and client experience.
Participate in training sessions to keep staff updated on new marketing initiatives and brand developments.
Assist in planning showroom events and networking opportunities that elevate Da Terra's reputation within the design community.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO) are a plus.
At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, digital analytics or a similar role--preferably in a luxury or premium brand environment.
Language Skills
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Arabic language skills
are a significant plus, given the local market context.
Marketing & SEO Expertise
Proven success in implementing SEO strategies, managing paid advertising campaigns, and boosting search rankings.
Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Search Console) and marketing automation tools.
Experience in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Analytical & Business Development Mindset
Strong ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and propose strategic recommendations.
Track record of identifying and cultivating partnerships or collaborations that drive growth.
Comfortable presenting findings, ROI projections, and data-driven solutions to stakeholders.
Creative & Collaborative Approach
Capacity to coordinate visually appealing campaigns aligned with luxury brand standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple teams and external partners.
