Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing and Customer Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing leads, coordinating with customer service teams, and ensuring seamless communication with various marketing and PR teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Location: Dubai Investment Park, Dubai Responsibilities: Lead Management:
  • Receive all leads on your phone and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads on a daily basis.
Customer Service Coordination:
  • Pass leads to the customer service team and ensure they are contacted promptly, preferably first thing in the morning.
  • Follow up with customer service at the end of the day and the following day to ensure proper handling of leads.
Follow-up and Monitoring:
  • Take follow-ups with the customer service team to track progress.
  • Ensure that customer service makes a minimum of three calls to each lead.
  • Monitor and track all follow-up activities.
Data Management:
  • Maintain records and data in Excel sheets for easy tracking and analysis.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams and PR/Influencer marketing team for their requirements.
Marketing Support:
  • Assist in minor marketing tasks such as emailers, social media posting, etc.
  • Send daily WhatsApp marketing content to the database.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
  • Liaise with other departments as needed, especially during client interactions and operational processes.
Event Management:
  • Organize and coordinate events, with the opportunity for additional compensation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
