Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a creative and versatile Entry-Level Marketing and Content Creator to enhance our digital footprint and drive engagement through innovative online strategies. This role combines skills in graphic design, social media management, and content creation to boost our brand's visibility and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Develop and create engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of products, events, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Write compelling captions and posts that align with the company's brand voice.
• Appear on camera to create engaging and informative content for social media.
• DTF Printing and Design:
• Operate the DTF
• printing machine to produce high-quality prints.
• Create creative and customized designs for customers using the DTF printing machine.
• Ensure the quality of printed materials meets company standards.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of the DTF machine.
• Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing graphics for various digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
• Sales Strategy Implementation:
• Support the development and implementation of strategies to drive sales across digital platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor social media and digital marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and report on ROI and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong creative and visual skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
