Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products & services and enhance brand awareness.




We are looking for


Create and manage content for CSS Group's, SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media.


Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content.


Design and maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.


Oversee events, Team building, strategy Meetings & CSR activities.


Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.


Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.


Ensuring the company is shown in a positive light on all social media and PR outlets.


Work with and manage a team of writers, marketers, and other stakeholders to maintain CSS Group's digital presence.


Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.


Develop and monitor campaign budgets.


Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.


Brochures / Pamphlet / PPT / websites to be updated quarterly.


Oversee lighthouse (Bi-Monthly publication of CSS Group) with new contents and making sure deadlines are followed.


Organize and oversee conferences, trade shows, and major events.
