Marketing and Communication Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communication Specialist with expertise in digital media and market activations

Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing, Event Coordinator and a Communication Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and events to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies that align with our business goals.

Manage and execute digital media campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, web, etc.).

Plan, organise, lead and oversee market activation and business activities, including events, promotions and partnerships.

Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and events from start to finish.

Create engaging content for internal and external communications, various marketing channels, including social media, email, print, press releases and newsletters.

Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination and budget management.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Maintain and update the company's social media platforms and website.

Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, digital media, corporate communication and event management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing digital media campaigns and market activations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in digital media tools and analytics platforms.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and event coordination in the UAE.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software tools.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO best practices.

Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
