summaryCategoryAdministrative PositionsTypeFull timeDescriptionThe Marketing and Communication Senior Manager is responsible for managing the universitys marketing and communication strategy, oversees the execution of HBMSU marketing campaigns and activities, and managing relationships with media and other external partners for networking and outreach.Main roles & responsibilitiesDevelop and implement the overall HBMSU marketing and communication strategy.Develop and lead HBMSUs projects, establishing plans, timelines, deliverables and KPIs.Manage HBMSUs presence across all media channels, including public relations and social media.Manage relationships with media and other external partners for networking and outreach.Oversee the execution of HBMSU marketing campaigns, activities, and initiatives to promote HBMSUs products or services.Manage the sections budget and resources.Monitor and analyze marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.Collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic marketing plans.Establish online marketing goals to penetrate new local and international smart learning and education markets.Maintain customer database and approve the use of internal and external mailing lists.Leads and mentors team members, setting performance goals and providing feedback and support.Support HBMSU revenue generation activities through creating and enabling an environment that facilitates and enhances all its processes as applicable.Adhere to internal and local information security and relevant health and safety laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.Required qualification & skillsProfessional Experience:Minimum of 6 years professional experience in a similar or related field/position.Education & Academic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing/ Management/ BA from an accredited University.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Experience in managing budgets, analyzing data, and reporting on campaign performance.Proven ability to develop and implement brand marketing strategies and new strategies and procedures.Knowledge and understanding of current and emerging industry requirements and practices in marketing expertise.Knowledge of strategic communications and marketing concepts, principles, methodology and techniques.Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mindset.Thorough knowledge of digital marketing strategies.Creative thinker and proactive, resourceful problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure adapting to constantly change priorities in a fast-paced environment.Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.Proficiency in PC skills.Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
