Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to promote PRODO's services, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and client engagement.
• Brand Awareness: Enhance brand visibility by attending industry events, networking, and representing PRODO at key engagements.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Proposal Writing: Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations to secure new business and renew existing contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
