Job Requirements:- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)- Proven work experience in a senior leadership role within a marketing agency or similar environment- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques- Excellent leadership and people management skills- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking- Exceptional communication and presentation skills- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Proficiency in marketing software and tools- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
