1. Content Calendar & Planning (All Platforms)
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar across all platforms, ensuring it aligns with marketing objectives and timelines.
- Organize and prepare brainstorming workshops by gathering content pillars, creative references, and analytic insights from the prior month.
- Manage Notion pages, including calendars, tasks, and assignments, to support the content plan efficiently.
- Create detailed content briefs to guide the content producer, ensuring clarity and focus in the creation process.
2. Content Creation & Management (All Platforms)
- Write engaging, brand-aligned copy for various platforms, including social media, the website, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, while maintaining a consistent tone and message.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to produce content that reflects the brand's identity and adheres to guidelines and marketing goals.
- Draft and refine all text and descriptions, ensuring they align with the brand's voice and authenticity.
- Keep Notion pages updated with content progress, ensuring timely submissions that meet deadlines.
- Support the content producer on shoot days to ensure smooth operations and capture content aligned with briefs.
- Edit and prepare photo and video content to meet brand guidelines and uphold a polished visual identity.
- Plan the social media feed grid, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing aesthetic.
- Publish scheduled content on all platforms while maintaining alignment with engagement strategies.
3. Community Management (Daily):
- Monitor and respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions across social media platforms, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Engage with the audience by participating in conversations, fostering a strong community connection.
- Track and report audience feedback, trends, and insights to inform future campaigns and strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure timely responses and consistent messaging.
- Identify and engage with influencers, partners, or relevant accounts to build relationships and expand reach.
- Manage and update community guidelines to ensure positive and respectful interactions online.
- Handle lead calls by providing relevant information, assisting inquiries, converting leads to consultations, and redirecting them to the Project Coordinator for further action.
4. Daily Posting:
- Schedule and post daily content on Instagram, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone, aesthetic, and campaign goals.
- Regularly review and refresh content strategies to optimize engagement and growth, communicating updates to the team.
5. Dropbox File Organization & Content Library Management
- Ensure all marketing and content files in Dropbox are correctly named, categorized, and stored for easy access.
- Maintain an organized content library, making assets easily retrievable for the team.
- Conduct regular audits and cleanups of the file storage system to ensure efficiency.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Monitor and report on content performance across platforms (Instagram, newsletters, blogs, etc.), tracking metrics like engagement and reach.
- Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Adjust content strategies based on performance analytics to enhance results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine approaches and maintain alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the creative direction of marketing campaigns, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's identity and tone.
- Identify trends and insights to prepare for upcoming brainstorming sessions and strategic planning.
