Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales and Administration at Efzee Fashion Tailoring located in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates . The role involves daily tasks related to marketing, communication, customer service, sales co-ordination, and office administration/ management

• Tele marketing
• Generating leads and fix appointments for sales team
• Customer support service
• Checking emails on daily basis & respond on timely manner
• Co-ordinate with existing customers
• Regular payment follow up with client
• Liaising with shipping company to book the consignment
• Liaise with overseas supplier to get the shipment on time
• Courier booking
• Completing the vendor registration process
• Liaise with HR team for visa renewal and visa application

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support abilities
• Experience in Customer Service and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• UAE: 2 years (Required)
