We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Admin/Coordinator to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Marketing Admin/Coordinator will be responsible for managing and scheduling posts across various social media platforms, creating engaging content, analysing content performance, and handling inbound customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and basic to advanced image and video editing skills. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
? Manage and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
? Develop brief content and engaging captions tailored to each platform.
? Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Content Creation:
? Create visually appealing and engaging content (both images and videos) for social media platforms.
? Edit images and videos to enhance quality and engagement.
Performance Analysis:
? Monitor and analyse the performance of social media content.
? Create detailed reports on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Customer Inquiries Management:
? Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers via social media and other channels.
? Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
? Pass on qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up.
Qualifications:
? At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
? Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and content scheduling tools.
? Proficiency in creating and editing visual content (images and videos).
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
? Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
