Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Account Manager to oversee client relationships, manage marketing activities, and execute high-impact campaigns. You will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their objectives are met through effective project management, strategic planning, and execution. Your ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, from social media management to photoshoot and PR coordination, will be crucial in ensuring client success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their marketing needs are understood and met.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, providing consistent updates and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing projects.

Marketing Planning & Execution:

• Plan and implement marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals and brand identity.
• Manage the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and PR.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.

Photoshoot & Content Production Management:

• Coordinate and manage photoshoots, ensuring creative direction aligns with client expectations and brand image.
• Oversee production timelines and ensure deliverables are on schedule.

Social Media Management:

• Develop content calendars, oversee content creation, and manage social media channels.
• Track engagement, monitor trends, and ensure growth of social media presence.

PR Management:

• Handle public relations activities including press releases, media outreach, and event coordination.
• Foster relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and increase brand visibility.

Project Coordination:

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
• Coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and freelancers to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

- 3-5 years of experience in an agency environment, managing diverse clients and campaigns.

- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and verbal).

- Strong understanding of marketing or social media, or PR strategies.

- Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

- Experience managing photoshoots and creative production.

- Excellent client management and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.

- Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
