Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
• Project Coordination:
• Oversee the execution of client projects from initiation to completion.
• Work with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure timely and successful delivery of services and products.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Problem Resolution:
• Address client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve any issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Implement solutions to prevent future issues and improve client experiences.
• Account Growth:
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
• Develop proposals and pitches to present to clients.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and expanding client accounts.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on account status, project progress, and client feedback.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and insights.
• Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for improving services and client relationships.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute client strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Share client feedback and insights with internal teams to improve overall service delivery.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
