Overview:
Prime Wellness Training Institute, a premier provider of medical and healthcare training courses accredited and approved by AHA, ASHI, KHDA, AMCA, DCAS, and DHA, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the healthcare training industry, have proven experience in marketing strategies, and excel at creating impactful campaigns that align with our mission to educate and empower healthcare professionals. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a proactive approach to phone and foot marketing, and an ability to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase enrollment across all courses.
• Identify and analyze market trends to optimize promotional efforts and target the right audience effectively.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage all digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email campaigns, SEO, and SEM.
• Create engaging and high-quality content for digital campaigns, website, and social media posts.
• Optimize marketing spend through analytics-driven decisions.
• Event and Partnership Marketing:
• Plan and execute promotional activities at healthcare events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase accredited courses such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, First Aid, and others.
• Establish partnerships with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and corporate clients to promote tailored training solutions.
• Direct Marketing:
• Conduct phone marketing to reach prospective clients, answer inquiries, and promote courses effectively.
• Implement foot marketing strategies by visiting hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations to engage directly with potential clients and distribute promotional materials.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through personal interactions and follow-ups.
• Negotiation and Relationship Building:
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure partnerships, promotional opportunities, and favorable agreements with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Brand Management:
• Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all marketing materials and communication.
• Lead the design and production of brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Gather feedback from students and clients to improve marketing strategies and course offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing, preferably within the healthcare training or education sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with medical and healthcare training, including certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, and KHDA-accredited programs.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, social media platforms).
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) are a plus.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
