The Market Research and Competitor Analyst will be responsible for conducting thorough market research, analyzing industry trends, and evaluating the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in market research, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Analyze competitors' strategies, strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning.
• Gather and analyze data on consumer behavior, preferences, and demographics.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market and competitive intelligence.
• Monitor industry developments and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Develop and maintain databases of market and competitor information.
• Assist in the development of strategic plans based on market and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and marketing strategies.
• Utilize various research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research or competitor analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in market research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
