Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/. Duties and Responsibilities:Establish and nurture sustained and effective relationships with key Private Health Insurance partners in the GULF:
Build strategic framework and interaction model with PHI companies.
Build a strong network with insurance companies claim management and medical departments.
Build a strong Internal network and initiate timely communication with different brand teams and within HEMAR Team:
Build strong internal networks with Business Units across TAs in addition to collecting and following up with the teams on insights about current issues affecting products access in private market.
Regular Update to HEMAR & Business Units on current and future private health insurance market initiatives and relevant matters.
Support Formulary Additions and Patient Access to Janssen Portfolio:
Support enlisting in Private Health Insurance Formularies.
Proactively engaging with PHI partners to ensure seamless reimbursement process of Janssen products, education in proper coding and documentation for patient cases.
Environment Scanning and Policy Shaping Role:
Scan the private market environment and highlight changes in policies and regulations to management.
Highlight & assess the impact of actual and future changes in the PHI market on Janssen portfolio and patients access to drugs.
Engage with PHI regulators in the GULF, to support policy shaping for patient access to innovative therapies.
Liaison Between Insurance Companies and Janssen:
Support the internal teams in managing medical cases rejected by insurance companies.
Increase awareness, education, and training to insurance companies:
Value proposition communication and scientific education of PHI partners
Identify the Knowledge gaps at PHI medical teams and ensure value communication and scientific engagement
Engage and educate hospital insurance coordinators to facilitate seamless reimbursement process.
Build a deep understanding of products clinical data and competitors\' data and costs across TAs to facilitate discussions.
Bachelor\'s Degree in Life Sciences or any other relevant field: (Pharmacy, Healthcare Management; Health Economics or other relevant studies).
3-5 years of previous experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with proven experience in the Private Insurance Market across the Gulf.
A very good understanding of the Healthcare Reimbursement system across the Gulf.
Proven track record of experience in previous roles within the Pharmaceutical Industry - Health Insurance, Access or Commercial related.
Solid Stakeholder Relationship and ability to navigate cross-matrix and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to adapt fast to a new environment.
Excellent Project management, strategic thinking & communication skills.
Strong ability to think strategically, develop and execute robust cross-functionally-aligned plans.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
