Job Description

• To receive customer boat/s for service and repair jobs and raise repair orders in Workshop / Body Shop.
• Technically competent to understand the customer needs and requirements and accordingly raise Orders.
• To provide customer support via phone and face-to-face take and relay messages.
• To provide the customer with a detailed explanation of jobs to be carried out on their boat.
• To provide a detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with a cost estimate and obtain approval from customers.
• To maintain customer contact to ensure smooth delivery of the boat.
• To advise customers on the required vital jobs.
• To have flair for selling value-added services, service contracts, and accessories.
• To make every effort to resolve customer complaints and ensure the customer has a positive ownership experience.
• Regularly follow up with Workshop the controller and technicians on his boat and update customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the boat at the promised time.
• To coordinate with the team and ensure the timely completion of the customer boat.
• To raise warranty approvals
• To raise special orders for parts not available, follow up, and keep the customer informed.
• Follow up on payments of credit customers and ensure collection within the stipulated time.
• Regularly monitor orders raised by him and ensure timely billing.
• Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with safe work practices, intending to avoid injury to themselves.
• Take reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others.
• Comply with any direction given by management for health and safety.
• Not misuse or interfere with anything provided for health and safety.
• Report all accidents and incidents on the job Service Manager.
• Perform other related duties as requested or required by the service manager.

Location : Abu Dhabi

Salary : 3,000/- to 4,000/- (upon experience)

Experience : 2 years of minimum experience of customer care & operations experience.

Qualification : Diploma or equivalent in Marine Mechanical or related field
