Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Marine Operator with a strong personality to oversee our ship agency in the UAE and internationally. The ideal candidate will have extensive maritime operations experience, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the maritime domain. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of marine operations, including vessel scheduling, port operations, and cargo handling. - Prepare D/As and related reports with full monitoring to management - Investigate and report port authority regulations. - Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during marine operations, taking prompt and effective action to resolve them. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all marine operations activities and performance Requirements: - Bachelor\'s degree - minimum experience 4 years - Have knowledge in ship agency, customs, logistics, maritime regulations, in Jebel Ali , Dubai - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills, coupled with a hands-on approach - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Ability to communicate with all levels & different nationalities Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
