Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell marine lubricant products to customers in the marine industry, including shipowners, shipyards, and marine equipment suppliers. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their lubrication requirements. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 3. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers and generating leads through market research, networking, and cold calling. 4. Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers about the features, benefits, and applications of our marine lubricant products. Provide technical support and assistance as needed. 5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, tracking sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends. Present findings to management regularly to inform strategic decision-making. 6. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the marine lubricants market. Use this knowledge to identify emerging opportunities and threats and adjust sales strategies accordingly. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives and customer needs. Requirements: - Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the marine or lubricants industry. - Strong understanding of the marine industry and its lubrication requirements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
