Dime Marine is looking for a

Marine Navigation & Communication Engineer/Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the

installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair

of marine navigation and communication systems on vessels and offshore platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

? Installation, servicing, and calibration of marine navigation and communication equipment
? Troubleshooting and repairing faults in electronic and electrical systems
? Ensuring compliance with

IMO, SOLAS, and classification society regulations

? Conducting routine maintenance and performance testing
? Providing technical support to clients onboard

Required Experience & Skills:

?

2-3 years of experience

in the

marine sector

(mandatory)
? Strong knowledge of

marine navigation & communication systems

, including:

Navigation Equipment:

Radar, ECDIS, GPS, Autopilot, Gyrocompass, Speed Logs, Echo Sounders

Communication Equipment:

VHF, MF/HF Radios, GMDSS, AIS, EPIRB, SART, BNWAS, SSAS ? Ability to diagnose and repair electronic & electrical faults? Good understanding of integration between bridge systems? UAE driving license is an advantage
