Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Acting DPA (Deputy Person Ashore) for the landing crafts

Conducting External and internal audit for obtaining class and ISM certifications.

Clearing Non conformities in compliance with ISM.

Communicating of policies, procedures to all the crew members.

Conducting site visit, HSE inspection & vessel inspections at sites

Ensuring the vessel complies with all the client HSE requirements and coordinating

with client HSE team on day-to-day basis.

Handling crewing and preparing competency certificates and licenses for crew from

the Federal transport Authority.

Renewal of license for boats and landing crafts from Federal Transport Authority.

Organizing class survey and 3rd party inspection for the boats and LCT's

Responsible for incident investigation

Ensuring compliance of IMS & OSHAD requirements.

Coordination with clients & suppliers for marine operations.

Arranging all necessary utilities for boats & landing crafts.

Preparing PO and invoicing for suppliers and sales invoices

Coordinating for ADNOC Onshore Oil spill maintenance project (taking quote from the

supplier, preparing quotation for ADNOC, coordination and follow up with ADNOC

team, submitting job completion certificate, and posting invoices for ADNOC in the

ARIBA portal).

Responding to the client enquiries for various marine projects & Preparation and follow

up of quotes with the clients

Initiating for renewal of all marine insurance.

Receiving repair requirements from vessels and coordinating with our team.

Coordination of vessel and boat crew and Mechanic

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position and marine industry

Preferably with DPA certification

Proven experience in marine operations or logistics coordination

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations

Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols

Proficiency in MS Office and maritime software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• in same field (UAE): 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• DPA (Deputy Person Ashore) Certified . (Required)
