We urgently hiring skilled and experienced workers for a leading holiday homes project in Downtown Dubai.

• Marble & Tile Mason
• Brick Mason
• Plumber
• Electrician
• Gypsum
• Painter
• Foreman

Requirements

• UAE experience as civil technicians (5• hotels projects)
• FACILITY Management Experience Required
• Should have at least 5 years of UAE experience.
• Immediate joiners and visa takers only, only VISIT or CANCELLED Visa
• Age, Under 35, Very Clean Person
• Can speak English very well. Understanding Arabic is a plus
• Skilled and experienced in marble & tile setting, painting, gypsum board, electrical, and plumbing.
• Proven ability to lay brick and block accurately and efficiently
• Candidates who are ready to join immediately will be preferred.
• Must speak and understand English
• Physically fit and has a good personality
• Strong understanding of masonry principles and techniques
• Excellent math and spatial reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
