Job Description

We are looking for a Marble foreman for villa construction with the following skills and responsibilities:

Monitor and inspect the fabrication activities and approve the final product before delivery

Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in cutting, tooling, and setting marble and granite slabs in construction and repair of floors and walls of buildings

Train new workers in the use of hand tools and methods of cutting, tooling, and setting of marble or granite slabs

Able to bring new Skilled marble and porcelain installation masons

Maintains time reports

Estimate amount and type of materials needed

Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of stone marble materials.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during stone marblework

Inspect work sites to identify and address any safety hazards or issues.

Marble Foreman might be responsible for include accurately assessing dimensions for marble pieces, determining precise cuts and angles, ensuring proper alignment during installation, and verifying compliance with architectural plans and specifications. He will also need to take measurements of the project site to plan material quantities and logistics effectively.

Overseeing marble installation projects, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring safety regulations are followed, managing budgets and timelines, They often need expertise in marble installation techniques, knowledge of construction principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently on-site.
