Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading Marble & Tiles Installation company in Dubai UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing marble & Tiles installation projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee marble & tiles installation projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to determine project requirements and expectations.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate the progress of work and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets, to track project performance and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Supervise and lead a team of laborers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality craftsmanship.
• Utilize engineering principles to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of materials, tools, and techniques used in marble & tiles installation and finishing work.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets the company's high standards and client expectations.
• Procure materials and tools necessary for project completion, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
• Stay updated with advancements in marble & tiles installation techniques, incorporating best practices into project work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in site engineering or project management within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on marble, tiles or stone installation.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and engineering principles related to marble and tiles installation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Experience:

• Business development/Client relation: 3 years (Preferred)
• Marble & tiles installation: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driving License in UAE? (Required)
