We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Unit Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process and ensuring the efficient functioning of our production unit. You will work closely with the manufacturing team to facilitate smooth operations and help meet production targets. - Assist in the daily operations of the manufacturing unit
- Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery
- Prepare materials and supplies needed for production
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure products meet required standards
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes
- Keep accurate records of production data and maintenance activities
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts as required
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
