Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Assisting with production and shipping, from preparing materials to packing and finishing products.
- Carrying out regular checks of work-in-progress and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Cleaning and organizing the work area and equipment.
- Scheduling and ordering the necessary materials and equipment.
- Collaborating with personnel across other departments or divisions.
- Participating in regular safety meetings and activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of production and inventory related data.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse role, ideally with experience around working with mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Demonstrated team player with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other data management programs.
