We at IIQAF are searching for a reliable, organized and self-motivated Manufacturing Unit Assistant to join our growing team. The successful Manufacturing Unit Assistant will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment in the manufacturing unit are in working order, organizing components for production and assisting with the coordination of daily operations.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with the maintenance, operation and upkeep of all machinery and equipment in the manufacturing unit

- Ensure that all machinery and equipment are operating correctly and in compliance with safety regulations

- Arrange components and materials for the production process

- Assist with the coordination of daily operations in the manufacturing unit

- Maintain accurate records and ensure that all materials and components used in production are properly inventoried

- Follow production schedule and ensure that deadlines are met

- Professionally respond to inquiries and resolve any issues that arise in the manufacturing unit

- Adhere to safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a busy and often noisy environment

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail

- Basic computer skills

- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy objects

- Strong organizational skills
