We're building the software backbone that drives modern plastic manufacturing. This role combines practical engineering with software development to create systems that scale manufacturing operations reliably.

Your Impact:

• Build production management systems that track real-time operations
• Develop inventory solutions that handle complex supply chains
• Create and maintain CAD implementations for precision manufacturing
• Design interfaces that give operators clear control over production
• Implement systems that ensure quality at every step

Required:

• Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript)
• Business software system development experience
• Database design/management capability
• Web development and UI design skills
• Proven project completion record

Highly Preferred:

• 3D CAD software experience (SolidWorks)

Additional Value:

• Software Engineering/Computer Science degree, Not Necessary.
• Manufacturing process knowledge
• Inventory system experience
• Automation background
• ERP system familiarity
