- Knowledge: Conversant with English language , familiar with Lean Management
- Experience: Nil
- Education: Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Skills: Creative, self-motivated, organized, skills for planning and independently carrying out the job with excellent communication skills,
- Implement and sustain lean management programs such as (ex: 5S , Kaizens , One point lesson , Poka Yoke)
- Frame and implement employee engagement programs (ex: Energy Saving Campaigns, Safety Champion)
- Assist in converting manual tasks to Digital Applications using internal tools (Ex: PowerApps)
- Assist in improvement project implementation using DMAIC approach
- Conduct feasibility study for improvement ideas suggested by other team members.
- Create creative presentations using PowerPoint to demonstrate improvement project results to management.
- Create Dashboard using Power BI
- Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate\'s QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
