• Education: Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Skills: Creative, self-motivated, organized, skills for planning and independently carrying out the job with excellent communication skills,




Activites
JOB OBJECTIVES

• Implement and sustain lean management programs such as (ex: 5S , Kaizens , One point lesson , Poka Yoke)
• Frame and implement employee engagement programs (ex: Energy Saving Campaigns, Safety Champion)
• Assist in converting manual tasks to Digital Applications using internal tools (Ex: PowerApps)
• Assist in improvement project implementation using DMAIC approach
• Conduct feasibility study for improvement ideas suggested by other team members.
• Create creative presentations using PowerPoint to demonstrate improvement project results to management.
• Create Dashboard using Power BI

HSE OBJECTIVES

• Strict adherence and compliance towards Group QHSE policy with high Quality of QHSE performance and complying with affiliate's QHSE Policy, Procedures & specific rules & regulations applicable to the area of activity at all time.
