Position Summary The USW & Sealing Process Engineer's mission is to define the plant's equipment requirements, to support engineering changes and new projects, and secondly to ensure the acquisition, installation and validation of equipment according to the start-up schedule.

Your Role Define the need for USW, UCAB, Sealing, Soldering, PUR, Splice Taping machines for any new project, and the budget required to issue the IR. - Lead the team in installation, validation and continuous improvement actions on the Quality, Volume and Price aspects of the processes (USW, UCAB, Sealing, Soldering, PUR, Splice Taping). - Ensure the availability of equipment at the SOP by anticipating needs (alerting suppliers, alerting the MEC, etc.). - Prepare all documentation concerning newly integrated machines. - Contribute to the selection of suppliers for the purchase of production equipment. - Prepare capacity studies (USW, Sealing, Soldering, PUR) and ensure they are kept up to date. - Check equipment inventory (Running & Idle). - Ensure effective and rapid feedback to Process Owners in the event of information requests.

Your Background Master's degree / Engineering Diploma in industrial engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, mechanics, freshly graduated. Good problem solving, adaptation and teamwork skills, Ability to work under stress and manage various projects. Fluent French and English Speaking.
