- Design and implement manufacturing processes using CAD and CAM tools.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing workflows and production systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
- Program and configure equipment to meet production specifications and quality standards.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production, to improve manufacturing processes.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Associate Degree or equivalent in a related field, or a GED Diploma.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on CAD and CAM.
- Skills: Proficient in programming, blueprint reading, and mechanical/technical problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
