Description: We are seeking a highly experienced manufacturing consultant to assess the feasibility and guide the establishment of a factory for producing precast concrete products such as manholes and chambers. The consultant will be responsible for conducting a thorough market analysis, designing the factory layout, selecting machinery, and developing a comprehensive business plan. Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies.
- Design factory layout and workflow.
- Recommend machinery and technology.
- Develop cost estimates and financial projections.
- Provide guidance on quality control and regulatory compliance.
