- Manages all technical activities like M&E and KP investment projects in the plant.
- Implements a technology strategy to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Delivers against technical performance KPIs, budget and projects.
- Set up and executes development plans for production personnel, esp. regarding training in Engineering and technology.
- Ensures operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations.
- Has legal responsibility for fulfilling SHEQ requirements Acts as key contact for local authorities in the area of responsibility.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related departments
- Up to 7-10 years of sales experience in industrial sales (B2B)
- Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- SAP Knowledge is a must
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Being dynamic, result oriented, self-motivating and excellent team player
- Able to work in Umm Al Quwain Plant Location
