Job Title: Manufacturing Manager - Packaging Industry

Job Summary: The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the manufacturing process within our packaging facility. This includes ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal use of resources.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet specifications.
• Lead and manage a team of production supervisors and operators.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D, procurement, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, including labor, materials, and overhead costs.
• Analyze production data and generate reports for senior management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing management role, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

UAE Driving license is a must.
