Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and professional Manicurist to join our team at La Riche SPA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and grooming, providing excellent nail care services to clients in a luxurious and welcoming environment. As a Manicurist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, massage, and application of nail polish or gel.
• Perform nail art services, including the application of intricate designs, embellishments, and decorative techniques.
• Ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in all work areas, including sterilizing tools and equipment after each use.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of nail trends, techniques, and products, and recommend suitable services or products to clients.
• Assess clients' nail health and recommend appropriate treatments, products, or care routines.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients feel comfortable and relaxed throughout their appointment.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, client preferences, and any special requests.
• Advise clients on proper nail care and maintenance to promote healthy nails.
• Promote salon services and products to clients, encouraging repeat business.
• Keep up with industry trends, including new nail care treatments, products, and techniques.
• Ensure that all tools and products are used in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in the opening and closing duties of the salon, including cleaning, inventory checks, and setting up for the day.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Manicurist or Nail Technician, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
• Certification or qualification in Manicures, Pedicures, and Nail Art (recognized training or diploma).
• Knowledge of various manicure techniques, including gel nails, acrylics, and nail art designs.
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices related to nail care and sanitation.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, precise results.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
