Our client a Globally successful entertainment company, launching regulated market sports betting & Casino gaming offering within the UAE, is currently searching for an experienced Project Manager to join their lively team based in Abu Dhabi.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, R&D, marketing, legal, compliance, and other teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and business goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination to drive timely project execution and address bottlenecks.
• Ensure product development complies with relevant regulations and proactively manage regulatory risks.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes impacting gaming products and adjust project plans accordingly.
• Develop and manage project plans, tracking progress, resources, risks, and budgets, and report on status and key milestones.
• Establish KPIs to measure success and promote continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Efficiently allocate resources, balancing skills and expertise across the development lifecycle.
• Lead budget management, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
• Apply best practices and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to enhance project management.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned for future projects.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, leading regular meetings to update on progress and gather feedback.
• Oversee project scope management, proactively identifying issues and solutions to keep projects on track.
• Support product launch plans, ensuring regulatory compliance for market entry, and manage post-launch activities such as performance analysis and ongoing enhancements.

Requirements:

• Extensive project management experience in gaming, tech, or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of gaming regulatory and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing project performance and implementing corrective actions.
• 5+ years of experience in a tech company; 3-4 years of product management experience preferred.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential.
